112 - ADDITIONAL FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR RATING COURSE
INSTRUMENT AIRPLANE
OBJECTIVE: Addition of Instrument Airplane to FAA Flight Instructor Certificate.
ENROLLMENT PREREQUISITES:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid medical certificate.
- Read, speak, write, and understand English.
- FAA Flight Instructor Certificate - Airplane Single Engine
- Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate - Instrument Airplane
MINIMUM COURSE HOURS:
5.0 Hrs Frasca 142 simulator instruction
10.0 Hrs PA28 flight instruction
10.0 Hours ground instruction
10.0 Hours ground training
1.5 Hrs PA28 (FAA Flight Test)
